| Kalani has performed and/or record with such music legends as Kenny Loggins, David Sanborn, Max Roach, Barry Manilow, Vic Damone, John Mayall, Chante Moore, Dr. John, Jeff Porcaro, Michael Kamen, Melissa Manchester, and is the featured percussionist on the multiplatinum Yanni "Live at the Acropolis" video and CD.
Kalani has produced over 15 instructional videos for a variety of instruments including congas, bongos djembe, hand percussion and drumset and has released three audio CDs of his original music. He is the founder and director of Drumlesson.com, an educational web site for drummers, and is the director of Drum Camp (drumcamp.com)
Recently voted "Best Percussion Clinician" in a DRUM! Magazine readers' poll, Kalani has presented workshops and drum circles in the US and abroad for thousands of people.
